I have been looking to buy an apartment in Swords and have run into legal issues with one as the Common areas had not been transferred to the management company...anyone know if this has happened for the Oaks, I don’t want to go through legal costs re any purchase if this hasn’t happened.
Anyone any negatives on living here? It looks lovely when I have visited at different times of day
