Hi All,
Can't imagine I'm the only one but is anyone else bothered by the MUSIC being played everyday and all evening long from Kids in the Playground in CEDAR SQUARE?
Its from a backpack or portable speakers. The sound is amplified as its surrounded by Houses all around. Its loud enough to echo throughout the estate and is heard easily through windows.
Nearly everyday and most of the evening it can be heard. Not sure if the Kids actually live around CEDAR SQ or come in from elsewhere. I'm sure there are Babies sleeping close by and am surprised that I have seen no other posts about this.
Can anything be done about this Noise pollution?
Is this strictly Legal or classed as Anti Social behavior?
Do we know who are the Parents?
I imagine this will be ongoing and throughout the summer though even in Bad weather this is never ending.
