Good Auk City Apartment PM ?

Hi,


Had Allen Realty managing my apartments in Auckland City for years, they did a good job.

They sold up to Point Property Management who I am finding to be extremely amateur to say the least.

Getting tired of mentoring them on the basics of how to manage a property.


Any suggestions for a good specialist Apartment property management company in Auckland central.


Please help.
